The Ask: Visa wanted to create a unique offering for their top Infinite cardholders to retain their loyalty.
The Solve: We created a diverse set of experiences starting with a new partnership with Sofar Sounds, a global music community connecting artists and audiences through live music in unexpected spaces. The program kicked off in 2022 with events in New York City and San Francisco, then expanded to Chicago and back to New York City in early 2023. We gave Visa Infinite® cardholders the benefit of special offers, elevated reward status, and unprecedented access to experiences designed to reflect their tastes and interests.
My Role: Creative direction / concept
In addition to our private Sofar concerts we infused custom cocktails with food pairings, whiskey tastings, gift kits and live art.
